Thursday, February 16, 2023 2:41PMThe Harris County District Attorney's Office accepted aggravated sexual assault charges against an 11-year-old Aldine ISD student.An 11-year-old who's believed to have repeatedly raped an Aldine ISD student five years younger than him is now facing felony charges.
More than a week ago, Latoya "Stormie" Monroe, the 6-year-old victim's mother, went public with what she says she saw in footage captured on board her son's school bus.
They are both children. I hope people are also investigating the 11 year olds household. I must assume he too has been abused by someone.
