11-year-old Aldine ISD student charged with 3 felony counts after 6-year-old's alleged rape revealed

Thursday, February 16, 2023 12:49AMThe Harris County District Attorney's Office accepted aggravated sexual assault charges against an 11-year-old Aldine ISD student.An 11-year-old who's believed to have repeatedly raped an Aldine ISD student five years younger than him is now facing felony charges.

More than a week ago, Latoya "Stormie" Monroe, the 6-year-old victim's mother, went public with what she says she saw in footage captured on board her son's school bus. However, Monroe said she didn't know about any sort of incident until the week before last, when her son's backpack went missing. She told Eyewitness News she called school transportation officials to ask them to review the security footage onboard the bus to see if they could tell what happened to the backpack.In a statement, the school district acknowledged the allegations and expressed that an investigation began on Feb. 1. CPS similarly followed suit as well.

I wonder if that child was being molested himself!where did he learn about it? Investigation needs to be done at the child’s home!

I don't understand why there is no mention of the parents. They are responsible for this 11 year olds actions.

So..... not commenting on the parents of the 11 year old. Nor if there were other kids involved or exposed in this?

There is ONE victim in this case. The 6 year old rape victim. Regardless of what anyone speculates about the 11 year old, he is the rapist. Sure, any adults in the 11 year olds life failed him. His will likely never recover from this.

In my opinion that child should be permanently homeschooled and make a policy to hire 2 assistants on each bus and the schools should compensate the family 300k

You got a young 11 year old charge with three felony offenses how much does a 11 year old know about the law or society or anything in that matter? 🤔 They are going to walk into a court room full of adults and what happens after that?

There are likely two victims here. The 11 year old must have experienced sexual assault and is now re-enacting it. Both kids need help AND any witnesses do as well. Heartbreaking...
