Dr van Dieman and Health Minister Jenny Mikakos said the Victorian government’s official advice remained that protesters did not have to self-isolate for 14 days or get tested unless they showed symptoms.
Ms Mikakos said the “consistent advice” from the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee that advises the federal government was that protesters should self monitor, get tested and isolate if they display symptoms and or have been identified as a close contact.
