A woman who was allegedly drunk and speeding at the time of a fatal crash in Atlantic County has been indicted on aggravated manslaughter and other charges.

Alexia Glass, 25, of Mays Landing, was driving on Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township on March 28 when she rear-ended another vehicle, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. The other driver, Glass was indicted on Tuesday on multiple charges, with the most serious being first-degree aggravated manslaughter, prosecutors said. Public court records indicate she also received various motor vehicle violations including reckless driving, consuming alcohol or drugs in a car and driving an unregistered vehicle.

The crash was reported at 12:26 a.m. An investigation determined she was intoxicated and traveling at an excessive rate of speed, authorities said. Pacheco was a senior at Stockton University and would have received her psychology degree in May.
