Headteacher bans birthday sweets in school claiming the 'nightmare tradition' is destroying children's teeth

A HEADTEACHER who banned crisps from lunchboxes last year has now has forbidden birthday sweets to crack down on rotting baby teeth.

"I can understand how it started, I think it probably goes back years and years. My view is that things have changed today and the amount of sugar children consume is out of all proportion to what they should be eating, and therefore the tradition is no longer acceptable." Some parents are on board with the decision, while she explained that she had mums and dads telling her that they felt "under pressure" to comply with the tradition of bringing sweets for the class even though they didn't agree with it.

Ms Crawford-Usher who has insisted that she's "not the fun police" added: "Children can eat and drink whatever they want when they get home, I just want to provide them with healthier choices at school."

I am introducing a bill to make all school uniform policies gender neutral'From the day a child starts primary school, gendered uniform policies send the message that boys – who get to wear trousers –should be running around and playing sport, but a girl made to wear a skirt should not.' You obviously didn't see me playing 'kiss chase' as a kid:-) I can't decide between religion or gender neutral I mean which one should i be, you get more rights and get away with literally anything, take a look at the cases it's like u are a superhuman, fair play to em for working out these flaws
