It won’t be easy for the Gauchos to duplicate last season’s run to the North Coast Section Division III championship. They reeled off 13 consecutive wins before falling in a regional title game to Grant-Sacramento. But they might have to talent to pull it off. OL/DL, now a senior, is a three-year varsity player. He’ll team up on the lines with another standout, senior. “Strength of our team is that we have a lot of returners with experience,” Rincon noted.
