A protest against Western University’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate drew hundreds of people to the southwestern Ontario campus on Saturday for what an event organizer called the beginning of the push to overturn the controversial policy.
Speakers at the demonstration included a medical student, a former Huron University College professor who said she refused to comply with the school’s previous vaccine mandate, and the Haldimand-Norfolk health unit’s acting chief medical officer of health who has been an outspoken critic of COVID-19 mandates.
Western is the only university in Canada to mandate booster shots for all staff and students on campus. Donalds criticized what he called a lack of transparency around the university’s decision. He also questioned the timing of the announcement, which came after some students had already paid the first tuition installment.
These brave souls will win at the end.
Now they want choice. A little late to the Freedom party but great to see even gen z is waking up, maybe even a bit resentful about being bamboozled or coerced into the jab in the first place.

There are other university’s, find another and go there . Same as the work place , if I don’t agree or like where I’m working either deal with it of find another place to work .

Food for thought- COVID-19 vaccine & boosters were all created using only one protein of the original strain from 2 yrs ago, which no longer circulates HOW do they even protect or provide milder symptoms against Omicron which is far removed from the original & is already milder?
