People who exercise for as little as 30 minutes a day may be up to 17% less likely to get depression

Four hours of weekly exercise can cut the odds of depression by 17 per cent. But the Massachusetts scientists also found that just 30 minutes daily will help. Aerobic exercise is not the only mean, yoga and stretching can also be beneficial.
