Action lo. Balance and we r Malaysian.

No need..

This is not a progress at all... There's a lot of things that you can implement to improve education in Malaysia. This is not one of it...

Instead of all the calligraphy...can you introduce AI and/or Robotics....because human kind is heading that way

Stupid as stupid does - this minister so tired of him. Think highly of himself, worldly world n wise. NOT

Malay students should learn tamil and chinese writings instead. So that more unity and closer between races.

What calligraphy is ok to learn so long laku, bole cari makan if master it. People will buy it. Let the students choose what they want to learn. Should also have 3rd language like mandarin, jap, franko, spanyo etc etc !

Dafug. Introduce all of them together. Dafug are u to decide which to introduce first.

Mere talk...pure BS. That's PH's minister's forte. Jz announce khat is put s art education, not part of BM curriculum.

This guy maszlee is an imbecile. Ironically, he is the Malaysian Education Minister.

When you suggested Khat, do so also for calligraphy as well. When so exclusive? Still blinded to our multicultural society? None so far from this minister hv been promising. Every step he took, surely exploded back into his face. Resign pls.

He dun understand.. to me, its not what caliligraphy matters.. its the time spent whether it worth...

eddydaud maszlee No need to bullshit us even more. Even if hell freezes over u DARE NOT make Chinese or Indian calligraphy, in national schools, compulsory. Do not try & make ppl 4get Khat fiasco abt which u did not consult PH leaders by 'promising' what u have no intention of honouring!

maszlee yes, go further down the rabbit hole. After all, you’re already a katak bawah tempurung. Please quit!

Hmmm nice Malay votes are coming

I really like this initiative to consider the need to introduce other styles of calligraphy.

While developed countries are introducing computer languages in syllabus, Malaysia is going backwards. Excellent.

He said it was an interesting issue to be discussed in... maszlee Please don’t do it. No one is asking for it. Introduce programs that are useful to the students when they join the job market. I’m not interested in employing candidates who knows calligraphy but nuts about IT. How about something that is ACTUALLY useful? If you are a pair of slippers, I would wear you cuz you are flip flops. Is the govt aware of the many misfirings they are conjuring?

Amanah's Mahfuz says Chinese calligraphy can also be highlightedThe government's intentions on khat are to ensure school children do not miss out on the beautiful art form, he says. FMTNews Such touching concern. Meaningless if people aren’t given the choice of what “beautiful art forms” they have to learn in school. BTW that’s not the reason it’s being pushed. Suddenly it’s a life and death matter for Islamists. Push for Tamil as well will you Put it s n arts lesson then. Make it a choice 4 stdnts 2 do khat or chinese calligraphy or romanised art, or make it mandatory 2 do all.
