BEIJING: Malaysia is looking forward to seeing more of its higher learning institutions recognised by the Chinese government and the two nations are working closely towards this goal, says Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

The Deputy Prime Minister said she had raised the matter during her meetings with top Chinese leaders Tuesday .

Dr Wan Azizah arrived here Monday for her first official visit to China at the invitation of Chinese vice-premier Sun Chunlan. They discussed and explored cooperation opportunities in various fields including e-commerce, artificial intelligence and automotive engineering.
