While we were pleased to see the school district has modified their position, citing a need to balance fiscal responsibility with that of providing nutrition, we’re writing to further advocate for the principle that schools be a place where poverty is never a differentiator.
They throw away so much food in this country , a real shame and mis management of government resources. Toomuch Bureaucracy not coordinating with other sources.
I notice none of the people feigning outrage over this are recommending that their taxes go up to pay for universal free lunch.
This is a small scale preview of what Socialism has to offer people!

This is pretty standard across the board. If schools don’t secure grants or other means to provide free lunches, a lot of cases they do. But if not they students have Accts you add money to, if they go Negative. It’s cheese or jelly sandwiches. 1/2
