Two 6th grade students in Tennessee have been charged for allegedly planning a school shooting, according to officials.
Last week, the school resource officer caught wind of a rumor about the existence of a"hit list" that contained the names of students to be shot, officials said. The investigation also revealed"multiple conversations" between the two students in the past two weeks in which they devised the plot, officials said.

it takes 1 susicidal kid who thinks they have nothing to loose and everything to gain. They know they’ll become famous and they want to die so might as well become famous is the process. It’s fucked up logic but as long as we keep reporting on this it keeps happening
Expel them all forever. Release their names for public shaming. Make the families have to move to another county to access public school again. Come down hard on this crap and nip it in the bud by making parents pay with major life changes.
OK great... But how about addressing the problem of where they get these ideas from. Parents need to pay attention to what kids watch... All sources of media, platforms, Gaming, ...everything.
The solution? Allow the other kids to bring guns to school to defend themselves....
