The Coalition nord-ontarienne pour une université de langue française said it is winding down its activities.
The coalition was formed the day after Laurentian University abolished 28 French-language undergraduate and graduate programs in April 2021. “On behalf of my colleagues who contributed to our work, I would like to thank the 23 community organizations that supported the creation of the Coalition and our actions over the past few years,” said its spokesperson, Denis Constantineau, in a press release.
