The new superintendent of the Spring Grove Area School District in York County was arrested for DUI just three days before he started the position.Pennsylvania State Police said they encountered 51-year-old Joseph Bradley in the 100 block of South Forney Avenue in Hanover around 2:30 a.m. June 28.An investigation concluded he was driving under the influence, according to troopers.The release didn't indicate his blood alcohol level.
