Anwar said that those listed under the Subsidised Diesel Control System would see their licences cancelled if they increased prices despite benefitting from diesel subsidies, reported the New Straits Times. He said bus operators need to register with the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry if they have not yet received the fleet card

The prime minister's warning comes after several businesses have raised their fares following a nearly 50% hike in diesel prices this week:
