Pile of pish....yes because EU laws says we have to and students starting now will get funding till 2024 if an English student travels to Germany they will get free tuition but if a German student travels to England they pay £9k the same as Scottish folk

Hmm not really, in England you practically pay it through a tax post degree, in Scotland everyone pays for it collectively through a tax, whether you go and do a degree or not. Both ways have their merits.

Students from Northern Ireland also pay full fees to study in Scotland.
The total amount should be deducted from Scotland's Barnett Formula settlement and reimbursed to the English students.... to ensure a genuine level playing field in the UK.
