Over a dozen cars broken into in University District

A string of car break-ins, this time near OSU's campus. Multiple residents are waking up to shattered glass and broken windows Thursday morning.

It sucks, man, especially when they break into my wife's car. They see the cars, I mean, it's obviously a family vehicle. I don't know what they thinking. They going to get out of it," shared Quinton Lightfoot. The window is the first time, but its not the first time our cars have been broken into. So we've just learned not to keep anything of value in here," says Tracy Ramirez.

What are you expecting to get out of here, and why are you stealing from someone who has so many kids?" she asked. "We don't have anything worth taking... I feel so bad for all of my neighbors."I got a juvenile -- that doesn't excuse the behavior.
