One hundred and thirty-three students of University of Lagos will be graduating with First Class Honours among 3, 643 students as the university holds its 50th convocation ceremonies.

He also said three science students with cumulative Grade Points Average of 4.96 from the Faculty of Management Science and Pharmacy as the best graduating student at this year’s convocation ceremony.Ogechi Daniel Chinaedum from the department of Insurance, Business Administration both from the faculty of Management Sciences and Ekeh Ogechi Joedicta from the department of Pharmacy emerged as the best graduating students with CGPA of 4.96.

“A total of 133 graduating students finished with First class honours; comprising seven from the faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, 56 from the faculty of engineering, 50 from the faculty of Management sciences and 20 from the Distance Learning Institute. “A total of 957 finished with second Class Upper Division; 1,507 with Second Class Lower Division, 582 with Third Class, 32 with Pass degrees and 414 with degrees not classified in Medical disciplines and Pharmacy.”
