The North Shore community is mourning the loss of one of their senior football players, who was killed over the weekend at a house party. Jarvon Coles, a linebacker at North Shore High School, was set to graduate in May and had plans to attend Lamar University. The Harris County Sheriff's Office received a call for a welfare check due to underage drinking and later received another call about an unresponsive person.
It is believed that during the party, a car drove by and fired several shots, fatally striking Jarvon Coles. Investigators are searching for video evidence to identify the shooter
