Who Is Charlie Woods? What To Know About Tiger Woods’ 15-Year-Old Son And His Bid To Qualify For The PGA Tour. The lower house of Germany’s parliament voted to legalize cannabis possession in a momentous vote Friday, a bill that would allow people over the age of 18 to possess substantial amounts of the drug in public, though the law imposes strict rules making it difficult to purchase cannabis in the country.

The law, which would go into effect on April 1 if approved by the council, keeps cannabis consumption illegal for children and teenagers under 18, and restricts people ages 18 to 21 from buying more than 30 grams of cannabis. The law would also permit the sale of marijuana through “cannabis social clubs,” though club members would not be allowed to consume cannabis inside or within 200 meters of those clubs, which are limited to 500 members and are prohibited from being within 200 meters of any school or daycare center.
