Situated in Sunway Iskandar Puteri, 42IP is a coding school with zero fees, zero teachers, and zero traditional classrooms, offering an innovative education model designed to develop the skills needed to jumpstart a career in tech through a project-based learning approach. 42IP is the second addition to the 42 Malaysia network, a nation-building joint venture between Sunway Education Group and Khazanah Nasional Bhd, aiming to advance Malaysia’s digital landscape. So far, it has positively impacted over 1,000 students, 50% of whom have no degree and 50% came in with no prior coding knowledge. Of note is that 40% of the students are in the B40 group.

The programme provides an immersive, hands-on experience where students actively learn with their peers by working on projects. This not only enhances their practical proficiency but also cultivates essential soft skills that effectively bridge the gap for industry demands, preparing students to thrive in the professional world.
