Okoli, who read what can be considered a riot act to students of the institution during a joint matriculation ceremony of NCE and degree students of the institution on Friday, said the management would not tolerate such behaviour from students.
“This college management frowns at the sad development where young ladies live together with male students in off campus residential areas. We must put a stop to cohabitation since it encourages immorality and constitutes distraction to academic work,” the provost said. “The college has good and spacious hostel accommodation for students. Management recently completed the installation of solar powered street lights on the main campus, to encourage nighttime activities.
