Portion sizes are so important. The advice is always the same, eatless sugar, lesshighcarb, less protein from meat. Increase plant food and drink more water. Get lots of colour in your diet but overall ensure your portions are correct.

Conventional doctors are purposely not trained in nutrition because then they would know how to prevent and cure disease. They are bought and sold by BigPharma. As a result, people don’t know what to believe about diet or who to go to for advice.
