Universiti Malaya says the scuffle between student protestors and supporters of former premier Najib Abdul Razak yesterday could have been avoided if there were no provocations.
"This incident could have been avoided if everyone avoided provocative words and actions," UM vice-chancellor Abdul Rahim Hashim said in a statement today. Yesterday, six UM students staged a protest across the street from a restaurant where Najib was giving a talk.
There is a clear picture of all those involved in the violent act. Why are there no arrests and charges implemented PDRM?
So basically UM chicken out and ran away from this issue like bitches with their tails between their legs. What a disgrace.
The people who battered and assaulted the groups- students and the reporters must be hauled up. No two ways about it.
If you really want to get to the bottom of this, review all the available videos to find the guy with the orange-shirt with sunglasses and songkok. Get him &you'll get the rest. IT will prevent them fr acting too rashly in the future. Else you want to encourage another Jamal gila
