Macy's loss prevention were unable to detain three suspects who made off with stolen clothing totaling between $720 and $2,040.At 1:15 p.m. Oct. 15, police were dispatched to Macy’s,2201 Warrensville Center Road, where loss prevention had attempted to stop the theft of clothing valued at a total of $1,072.
During the theft, loss prevention ripped the shirt off one of the female suspects. The report does not note the number of suspects. All of the suspects escaped.At 6:05 p.m. Oct. 9, loss prevention at Target, 14070 Cedar Road, reported that it had detained a shoplifter. At 3:20 p.m. Oct. 10, a Target loss prevention employee went to the police station to report thefts that occurred on Oct. 9 and 10 by the same unidentified person.At 4:10 p.m. Oct. 11, Target loss prevention reported that it had detained a shoplifting suspect, a Cleveland man, 45. The man is accused of stealing electronic merchandise totaling $469.93.At 5:05 p.m. Oct.
Loss prevention was unable to detain or identify the suspects, but do have an idea as to their identity.At 5:55 p.m. Oct. 10, a Target loss prevention employee went to the police station to report a theft that day by an unknown male.
