Mandla 'Mampintsha' Maphumulo addresses journalists outside the Pinetown Magistrate's Court where he appeared in connection with an assault on his girlfriend.The University of the Western Cape has turned down an application by West lnk Productions – owned by Mandla"Mampintsha" Maphumulo – to host an event at the sports stadium on campus.
Video footage of Maphumulo allegedly assaulting his partner Bongekile Simelane, known as Babes Wodumo, went viral at the weekend. He has been charged with assault and has laid a counter-charge of assault.
Last time I checked a person is innocent until proven guilty
I personally agree with the university and hope many other entities follow suit
Many are willing to host politicians 'implicated' in corruption and stealing poor people's money. Some of us can see the hypocrisy of these people.
