Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2023 Nigerian election, has filed a response in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, insisting on the earlier judgment that ordered the release of his opponent, Bola Tinubu’s academic records at Chicago State University .

In a 17-page reply to Tinubu’s objections, Atiku’s counsel gave reasons why Judge Nancy Maldonado should discountenance and overrule Tinubu’s objections and order CSU to release the requested documents to Atiku.
