A Syrian refugee who was allegedly waterboarded by bullies at his former school is suing former English Defence League leader, Tommy Robinson, over videos in which he claimed the boy had attacked English girls.
A video emerged last October showing Jamal being attacked at Almondbury Community School in Huddersfield while water was poured on his face by an attacker who threatened ‘to drown’ him.
But the mother later posted on Robinson’s page denying that it was Jamal who had allegedly attacked her daughter.Last week Facebook and Twitter removed Robinson for breaking rules over ‘hate speech’, although he remains on YouTube.
