It has been a “big” and “interesting” week for US President Joe Biden, says Curtin University’s Professor Joe Siracusa.“There was supposed to be a deal a couple of weeks ago where they were going to start to forgive some things … but that’s gone by the by,” Professor Siracusa told Sky News Australia.
