Probably the main reason is they didn’t pick a field that would make them any money.

I made payments for 5 years on my student loans, and they applied almost all of it all to interest and almost none to principal...my friend paid extra every year and paid his loan off in less than five years...

😂Remember when you were FORCED to take on a ridiculous amount of debt to go to college and enroll in classes with no job market? Me either. Signed, those kids you laughed at for taking shop class, that got a trade and make more than you.

They weren’t able to get the job they wanted after taking grievance studies and had to settle for writing articles for Buzzfeed instead
