Here’s what every state should do: classify a set of schools to be just for the personal choice unvaccinated kids to attend, those kids cannot attend regular school unless they get vaccinated. Gotta keep em separated. The personal choice unvaccinated won’t have heard immunity.
If it's for religious reasons accompanied by a sworn statement from the pastor, bishop, whatever and citing canon law from a well known source, okay. If it's a person who cannot vaccinate because of health reasons, okay. Otherwise, vaccinate!
