Another two charges of attempted sexual assault and committing an indecent act by taking lewd photos of his sister will be considered in sentencing. In August 2020, the boy texted his friend and shared that he had taken lewd photos of his sister. He also shared about his obscene intentions with his friend.The siblings were home alone with their older brother when the boy entered his sister's bedroom as she slept. He attempted to sexually assault her.
They said the accused had abused his position of trust as the victim's older brother, exploiting the proximity he had with his sister.
