So please tell why is Race an issue here? If true it’s wrong on way to many levels. If that were my Daughter or Grand Daughters, Race would be the last thing anyone would be worrying about after the Coroner arrived to take custody of what remained of the Staff that allowed this.

The school district is denying the claim but they hired an independent party to review it. I find that odd. I've never heard a school district outright deny a claim of wrongdoing. They typically play neutral until an investigation is done. Not sure what that means.
