If they were checking vitals its a check up if looking for contraband its a search. Removing a shirt is not the same as removing bulky outerwear. Does state policy allow this?
Giggling while being a 12 yr old girl is probable cause to eval for drugs? Couldn’t the principal just have a talk with them? The rise to full drug use eval makes this suspect and out of line. And big of them not to punish the girls for giggles during lunch.

I can't imagine the school saying it did not happen if it did not happen. I can imagine the girls after they were asked to remove their jacket and shoes taking it further and saying they were strip searched. Someone is lying.

The school can search with probable cause...giddy is not probable cause. Even tho there strip search term is being argued that it was just jacket,pocket & shoes...its still not probable cuz they were giddy. I'd be more worried if they were down than up.
