A teenager has been hit with multiple charges after he allegedly crashed into students as young as 12 in Sydney's North Shore on Thursday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Falcon Street and the Pacific Highway in Crows Nest about 3:30pm after reports of pedestrians being struck.

A teenager, 18, has been charged with multiple offences after allegedly crashing into a group of teens on Thursday in Crows Nest and fleeing the scene. Picture: 7News Witnesses told police the driver had allegedly fled the scene following the collision and failed to help the three teenagers.
