I don't know how teachers can successfully manage 45 children in their classes without a couple of teacher's aides; I certainly wouldn't want my children to be in that kind of environment. And California is already one of the highest taxed states, what do they do with the money?
Right we need to show children of al zip codes we value them. Forget property tax ad state sales taxes to education funding and there needs to be a standard federal bench mark based off of all test score data
