A total of five girls were in the car. One of them died when they wrecked on story road in Irving on Wednesday. Two others were seriously injured.Irving police said while charges have not been filed yet against the 15-year-old driver and others, they will be.

Last paragraph of this story isn’t accurate. Any consumption of alcohol 21 is a DUI, not a DWI. And she can be charged with intox manslaughter even if she’s under the 0.08 limit, if it can be shown she didn’t have the normal use of her mental/physical faculties due to alcohol

Alcohol culture is huge problem. I hope the killers are punished severely... in fact I'd like to see them in jail for their entire lives. They'll probably get by with a handslap and continue creating victims and ruining other people's lives.
