5 teens in fatal Irving crash were in a car with only 1 seat, police say

Robert Reeves, an Irving police spokesman, said investigators have video evidence of the girls stealing alcohol from a Tom Thumb. Authorities say there are also videos of at least some of the passengers consuming alcohol and vaping while in the vehicle., police said two of the survivors walked away from the crash without calling 911.

Police said they were looking into the possibility of filing charges but were waiting for the results of toxicology tests.
