A day before facing a likely subpoena, Starbucks interim CEO Howard Schultz has agreed to testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee for its investigation into the company's labor practices, Sen. Bernie Sanders says.

WASHINGTON — Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.

“Let’s be clear. In America, workers have the constitutional right to organize unions and engage in collective bargaining to improve their wages and working conditions," Sanders continued."Unfortunately Starbucks, under Mr. Schultz’s leadership, has done everything possible to prevent that from happening."

The senator alleged that the coffee chain, under Schultz’s leadership, has “done everything possible to prevent” unionization. I think a court of law proved that. There are no alleged allegations, the United States Government has ruled against Starbucks consistently. “Alleged” it’s been proven in court!!
