"Explain to me how this is in the best interest of 190,000 students, their parents, the community, or the city," Turner said.

HISD has failed the students of Houston. Get rid of them. Kids are violent and have fallen behind in their studies.
How about a quality education monitored and controlled by professionals instead of political hacks vying for higher office.
