“Assistant Principal Parker should have called police,” the notice stated. “Instead, she did not follow proper protocol and chose to do absolutely nothing.” The guidance counselor asked if he could search the child for a weapon, to which Parker said “no” because the child’s mother was arriving soon to pick him up, the notice stated.

I would fire all school admin. Who choose to look the other way and brought up upon criminal negligence for not protecting teachers well being. Shame on those who decided to ignore the warning signed of this disturbed child, who needed social services to intervene.
The school should have done more. The parents should have done more as well.
You all say no way he could choke an adult he’s only 6 BUT he threatened he would shoot her and followed thru. I would also think that couldn’t happen but it did. Let’s check the parents that his behavior went this far. No way he was an angel at home

Bullying at its finest! Schools don’t do ANYTHING!!!!! My granddaughter was bullied and someof her friends, by the same student! The mother turns a blind eye and the school, well, USELESS!!!!!

Take it from seone who as a child was given 90 days in juvenile detention for telling a class mate they would go to hell for not changing their ways, teacher didn't speak english well wrote me up 4 saying go to hell.
What I wanna know is why social services didn't step in and why was this child allowed to be at school? If this was me or mine they'd taken custody long time ago and kids would be in juvenile detention.
Either horrible parents or just evil is inside of that kid. Sounds like he needs some major psycho therapy for many years and should be kept in a facility in my opinion.
