Parents fault completely. Obviously they don’t have time that child needs and he should be taken away from them.
Adam Lanza’s mother also bought guns, while caring for an emotionally disabled child.
They are obviously *not* responsible gun owners who keep their weapons secured.

I am hoping these parents are held accountable for their child being able to access the gun.
If he is so behaviorally impaired that he needed one on one assistance from a parent to be in school, this child should have been in a day treatment program with doctors to address his needs. Parents would have had to agree to it though. There’s more to this story.
