School chief in transgender rape case lied, but is that a criminal offense?

You're equating a superintendent lying about the rape of a student to an athlete feigning respect for his opponent? When they charge someone for such a ridiculous crime then you can rail against it. Doing so in this case just makes you an apologist for him
