The kid has no money. It also wasn’t a designated gift giving day. The child just wanted to give a gift to the teacher. You people are so influenced by propaganda. Meanwhile, millions of children are literally starving throughout the world... fakecareing

I also taught in a very low income area, and one of the most memorable gifts from a student was a half full box of Kleenex that he’d wrapped himself. Another student asked why he gave it to me, and he said, “Because it was the prettiest thing in my house.”
