Columbus Academy's Angela Hu named Columbus area high school athlete of the week

This week's winner is Columbus Academy golfer Angela Hu.

Hu finished with a two-day total of 157 to tie for sixth and help the Vikings win the program’s first Division II state title. Hu received 32% of the vote and was followed by New Albany football player Dylan Rosser, who had 26.2% of the votes. Next was Bloom-Carroll football player Dylan Armentrout , Pickerington North football player Preston Bowman , Dublin Jerome soccer player Sophia Penegor , and Olentangy Berlin football player Kyle Jackowski .In a win over Teays Valley, Armentrout 189 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns, returned three kickoffs for 50 yards and had three tackles.

Jackowski had 10 tackles and a sack in a 24-10 win over Marysville. He leads the team with 64.5 tackles and has 5.5 tackles for loss and one sack.
