Students, teachers, and staff in the province’s K-12 system will be returning to school under the same conditions as when classes ended.
The Department of Education announced today that come September 7 when classes resume, COVID-19 regulations will remain as they were to end the last school year. Masks are continuing to be recommended in schools, and students, teacher and staff are asked to stay home if they are experiencing COVID symptoms.Junior and senior high students will continue to have access to Chromebooks.
Parents are courage’s to get their kids vaxxed and stay up to date. What are they, operating systems?

The good news is everyone has a right to wear a mask should one choose.
It’s a mask people not shackles. Jesus, teaching your kids to be respectful of others is completely lost of some of you. Covid has been way more prevalent since the removal of measures. Plus the kids in general were more receptive to wearing them than many ignorant adults.
If we don’t mask when school starts up ..get ready to have many kids ( and teachers) home alot . Parents were sending their kids in last year with symptoms, only for them to be sent home again. Can’t come to school with symptoms that hasn’t changed 🤷🏽♀️

That’s unfortunate. Good masks are an effective mitigation against covid. Sad that many are fine with death and disability from repeated infections but can’t be inconvenienced to wear a mask.
About time they start questioning these policy and procedures.
