KUALA LUMPUR: Suggestions for MCA to relinquish ownership of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TAR UC) and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) are absurd, says its president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

He owned the property and he need the profit. So for those who oppose the raise of fee, he doesn't give the shit. Education should separated from politics, no involvement and influence is allowed in academic.

'...they are now seen as part & parcel of e Chinese community, which has been supporting their operation & expansion with billions in cash donations & land.' MCA should divest, remain neutral in edu or it's just another form of cruel institutional support created during BN era.
