Hercules students arrested for bringing guns to schoolTwo students from Hercules High School have been arrested for having a gun on school grounds. “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” I’m sure it’s been challenged before, but what was the courts ruling that allows people to be arrested at any age for possession of a gun?
