Premier confirms big delay to school returnQueensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has confirmed the term 1 for all students will be delayed until February 7 in her state, amid the rising tide of Omicron cases across Australia. Nothing to do with over 20,000 teachers refusing to take the jab so therefore schools will be short staffed. Kinda like the hospitals where an abundance of healthcare workers were sacked during a supposed pandemic. Wake up people!!!!!! This is literally child abuse. I so dislike government right now. Sensible decision. Hopefully schools will take the time to plan for remote learning. It’s possible term 1 will be homeschooling.
