Three of a kind. What about you?

'she has been suffering from a mental illness that clouded her judgment.' Interesting how now days there's a 'mental illness' to cover every crime that happens.

$835,000.00? She's a nun! What the heck was she spending it on? Cases of pointers for smacking the kids with? She must go through tons of them. More than a few got broken on me in Catholic school.

It’s a sad state of affair. I’m happy she doesn’t run the church part of St. James. I know our church is a great place for our community. We will work past this. My parish for 25 years.

That’s a different type of habit.

Sounds like she needed a couple fellas on a mission from god…

I’ve heard of a nun’s habit but this seems like the wrong kind

She sounds fun.

L.A. nun to plead guilty to stealing $800,000 to pay for gambling habitThe now-retired nun acknowledged that she embezzled $835,000 in donations, tuition and fee money from a California Catholic school. Guess she didn’t have an edge after all. Is that wrong? Because gambling can get expensive when you lose. And the best thing you can do when you’re losing is to continue to bet because eventually the odds will come your way. It’s hard to blame her. I blame the casino. Wasn't that a Law & Order episode?
